Ordering and Delivery

You can track your package directly via the delivery tracking link.
 
You will find your tracking number in the order confirmation email or in the “order” section of your customer account.

Standard shipping is free for purchases over $30.

Order processing generally takes between 24 and 72 hours. Delivery takes between 8 and 16 days. We are doing our utmost to shorten these times despite the health crisis. We are doing everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

We ship your orders from various international warehouses (United States, Canada, China, and France). Since Labubu is an international company, our inventory is spread across several order fulfillment centers around the world so that you can receive your order more quickly. This means that orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next.

Don’t panic if you don’t receive all your products in one package; the other products will also be in transit. However, if you do not receive all your purchases within 20 business days, please contact us so we can check your shipment.

Refunds and Returns

At Labubu Doll, you are guaranteed satisfaction or your money back. To this end, when you receive your order, you have a 14-day withdrawal period.

If you are not satisfied with your item and it does not suit you, you can return it to us at your own expense. To do so, please contact us at the following address: labubu-doll@contact-shop.com

Once we have received the returned item and checked that it complies with our conditions (the item must not have been used and must be in its original packaging), we will proceed with the refund or send you a new item, depending on your preference!

You must wait until you have received your package before you can request a refund.

It is no longer possible to modify an order once it has been shipped.

Only requests made to labubu-doll@contact-shop.com will be processed. To do so, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order.

If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us by sending an email to labubu-doll@contact-shop.com to let us know about your problem. Please attach photos or videos to your request so that we can process your claim as quickly as possible.
