    These are, on the whole, very good replicas. However my ‘Loyalty’ has a very misprinted face. I contacted the shop who agreed a discount to keep so I was happy as the others were in better condition. But then I started to get notifications to return my items and hadn’t received my discount to keep. The shop then said I would have to return to receive any form of refund – which is not a discount to keep, it is a return. I think things got lost in translation as the instructions from the store were contradictory and confusing. By that point I no longer had the packaging etc so I was stuck paying full price even though one was faulty. On the whole, I am still pleased, just wish they were all perfect.
