Our 14-Day Satisfaction Policy

At Labubu-Doll.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


1. Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item Condition: Your item must be unused, in its original, unopened condition, and in its original packaging (including all tags and accessories).
  • Initiate Request: You must contact us at support@labubu-doll.com to initiate the return request before sending any items back.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized products or items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for a return.

2. Return Shipping

  • Return Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return Address: Do not send returns to the product manufacturer. We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions by email after your request is approved.
  • Liability: Labubu Doll Publishing LLC is not liable for any items lost or damaged during the return transit.
  • Recommendation: If you are returning an item valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

3. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 to 14 business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@labubu-doll.com.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@labubu-doll.com. Include your order number and several clear photos of the damage or defect. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
