Satisfaction Guarantee – Returns & Refund Policy
At Labubu Doll, your satisfaction is our priority. You are eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with consumer withdrawal rights. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange under this policy.
Return Conditions

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless stated otherwise depending on the product.

A full refund, including initial shipping fees (if applicable), will be issued upon approval.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Customized products are not refundable but may be exchanged for an identical or equivalent product in the event of a defect.
All returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team during your return request. Do not send returns to the product manufacturer. Return centers are located in China or the USA, depending on the item.
Non-returnable Items (under EU withdrawal rights)
We do not accept returns for:

Fully performed services begun with the customer’s express prior consent and waiver of withdrawal right

Goods subject to market fluctuations beyond our control

Made-to-order or personalized products

Perishable or quickly expiring goods

Opened items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons

Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items

Audio/video recordings or software unsealed after delivery

Subscriptions to newspapers, magazines (excluding full subscription contracts)

Accommodation, transport, car rental, catering, or leisure services booked for a specific date or period

Digital content not provided on a physical medium, once performance has started with customer consent and waiver of withdrawal right
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Important: Refunds will not be issued for delivery delays, as shipping times are clearly indicated in our Terms and FAQ.
To cancel an order, you must contact us within 3 hours of placing it at: labubu-doll@contact-shop.com or via our contact form.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before the refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, as per our Terms of Sale. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at: labubu-doll@contact-shop.com
Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item qualifies for free return.

If your item was eligible for free shipping on purchase, we will still refund the full value including shipping.

If returning an item valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Please note: You are responsible for any return shipping costs incurred. Labu Doll is not liable for any loss or damage during the return transit.

Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days after we receive and approve your return.
You will receive the return address by email after your request is approved.
Defective or Broken Items
If your product is broken or defective, please send us several photos when you contact us. If the issue is confirmed, Labu Doll will provide a 100% refund of the order.
